Suncoast Tours offers a way for your travelers to obtain travel insurance directly from a reputable national insurance carrier at minimal cost.

The cost varies per trip but provides reimbursement of non-refundable unused or prepaid travel arrangements if any member of the group is forced to cancel or interrupt the trip due to unforeseen injury, sickness, or death of a group member, traveling companion or immediate family member.

Coverage also applies to many other unexpected covered reasons including jury duty, financial insolvency of a travel supplier or suffering a casualty loss to your home.

Suncoast recommends trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Just give us a call at 1-800-526-5029 and Suncoast will provide all of the information and forms to secure the appropriate coverage that is best suited to your group’s travel needs.


Suncoast Tours will refund all your deposit money to any person/persons who must cancel their trip up to 72 hours prior to arrival (excluding transportation) OR as specified by each individual contract between acting group leader and Suncoast Tours representative. This refund policy applies to most domestic tours included in this folder, but does not apply to complete cancellation of entire group. In the event of complete cancellation of the group, the entire deposit is refundable on most trips, if cancelled no later than 60 days prior to trip date. This policy does not apply to weekend trips.

Suncoast strongly recommends persons avail themselves of the inexpensive trip insurance shown above.

Responsibility: Suncoast Tours, 821 Shunpike Road, Cape May, NJ 08204 cannot be responsible for changes, cancellations by motels, restaurants, etc. and/or weather or acts of God or persons beyond the control of Suncoast Tours and acts only as agent for the passengers in making arrangements for hotels, restaurants, transportation and any other services and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to persons or property due to any act of default of any hotel, transporter, restaurant, company or person rendering any service included in tours provided by Suncoast Tours. The passenger contract in use by airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of the tour or passenger. Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category, if necessary. No refund is afforded for any unused services. All prices are subject to change prior to deposit. Suncoast Tours is not responsible for typographical errors.



When do I receive my group leader rebate?
A check will be made out to you personally upon completion of your tour or your rebate can be deducted from your final bill.

When do I first contact you about a tour?
EARLY! Let us help you develop your destination and itinerary. We also can provide helpful hints to make your trip a great success!

How do I reserve a tour?
First call and reserve your dates, then upon receipt of your first deposit we’ll confirm date, rate and hotel /motel assignment.

When do I send my balance?
Additional deposits may be needed early in the case of air transportation. Normally we would require a $60 per person second deposit 60 days before trip date and final payment 30 days before trip date.



Groups should always book tours with companies endorsed by the associations whose logos are shown below. Aside from stringent ethics guidelines required for membership, tour operators must have multiple company recommendations in order to become a member.
